Leveraging his extensive expertise, Robert specializes in Business Brokerage, Retail leasing and Commercial real estate sales. He has held the title of a New Jersey Licensed Real Estate Broker-Sales since 2001 and has further expanded his professional portfolio by establishing RH Dembling Realty Services, LLC in April 2009.
Robert is a volunteer at Jersey Shore Hospital, and Monmouth Medical Hospital in the Spiritual Care Department.
Joseph LaRosa
Joseph has been in the wine and liquor retail business for over 30 years. He has extensive experience in developing and selling successful retail wine and liquor businesses. He has designed, built and operated and sold 18 of his own Buy Rite Liquor stores. He was instrumental in bringing the Buy Rite discount liquor chain into New Jersey in 1979.
Joseph specializes in acquisitions, retail store designs, construction, retail store training and business brokerage, Joseph is A Knight of Columbus at Saint Gabriel's Roman Catholic Church, Marlboro, N.J.
Since April 2009, Joseph LaRosa, of Jersey Liquor Retail Brokers and Robert Dembling of RH Dembling Realty have formed many co- brokering joint ventures. Individually and collectively, WE HAVE SOLD over 135 Retail Liquor stores, and Liquor Licenses, plus many Laundromats, Dry Cleaners and other retail businesses.
